Grant-Tech Customer Support SMS Terms
Grant-Tech offers an optional customer-support text messaging program for existing customers and people who request IT support. Messages may include support request acknowledgments, ticket updates, troubleshooting coordination, appointment scheduling, technician arrival notifications, service-status updates, and responses to customer questions.
Consent
You may enroll by initiating a text conversation with Grant-Tech or by providing your mobile number and expressly agreeing to receive text messages during a support request, customer onboarding, or telephone conversation. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Grant-Tech does not use purchased contact lists for this program.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your support activity and interactions with Grant-Tech. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Your wireless carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Grant-Tech may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, no further SMS messages will be sent unless you provide new consent. Other recognized opt-out keywords may also be honored where supported.
