Download the support tool for your computer, then give Grant-Tech the RustDesk ID and one-time password shown on your screen.

Mac users: after installing, macOS will ask you to allow Screen Recording and Accessibility for RustDesk. Those approvals are required before Grant-Tech can view or control your screen.

What to expect

  1. Open the downloaded support package.
  2. Run the installer inside.
  3. Approve any security prompts.
  4. Read Grant-Tech the ID and one-time password from RustDesk.
