What do I need to know before I have a service technician visit my home or work?

A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. Our service technician must receive: full access to the computer(s) and/or other devices(s) to be serviced, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power.

What can I expect when a service technician visits my home or work?

When your service technician arrives they are required to provide proper identification verifying themselves as a representative of Grant-Tech.net. They will then interview you to get a better idea of the problem or situation and will provide you with an overview of the work that needs to be completed (In a way that you will understand, not tech talk). A written estimate will be provided and you will be required to agree to the recommended actions before the service technician will begin.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, checks and cash. Our service technician will inform you prior to any additional charges beyond those listed in our flat fee rates. Payment is expected at the completion of services unless other arrangement have been made with our customer service representatives.

Guarantees/Warranties

Are Grant-Tech.net services guaranteed?

Yes, we guarantee all services provided to you either in your home or work, online or over the phonefor 30 days. However, for repairs do to a virus, spyware or malware, our service guarantee is only valid if the anti-virus and anti-spyware protection for your product is installed or updated during the repair or before you again connect to the internet.

Can I really get a response 24 hours a day 7 days a week?

Yes, we are here 24/7. When you call, we can talk you through the problem or schedule one of service technicians. (Additional charges may apply for a rapid response)
